Online Registration Instructions

Online registration is generally intuitive.  You will need to know basic information about your family and your children to register.  Please have this ready in advance so that you can quickly go through the online form.  There is an extra text box at the end of the registration form, so if you become confused by anything, feel free to use this box to submit your question or comment.

For families registering for Sacramental Preparation, you’ll need the following additional information: Mother’s maiden name, date and location of child’s baptism, and address of church of baptism. 

Confirmation candidates will need their mentor’s address, phone number, and email address.  Confirmation packets have been sent out explaining how to choose a mentor.  If you need to register a child for Confirmation preparation and have not received a packet, you can download this packet from the sidebar.
